The Department of Civil Engineering was started in the year 2009. The Department has state-of-the-art facilities equipped with the latest instruments, equipments, and software for imparting technical knowledge. Experienced and well-qualified faculty members, well-equipped laboratories and workshops are the strength of this department.
The Civil Engineering Department will excel in undergraduate instruction, in all sub-areas of civil engineering. The Department will make significant contributions to the economic development of the state, region and nation.
The laboratories such as Surveying Laboratory, Environmental Engineering Laboratory, Soil Mechanics Laboratory, Concrete and Highway Engineering Laboratory, CABD Laboratory, Hydraulics Engineering Laboratory, Strength of Materials Laboratory.
